We are happy to take your instructions to complete the Back office compliance checks on Audits if required.
We can use any Accounting Software package . Simply send us your copy.
We will complete Accounts within 15 working days from receipt of all information.
We will forward you draft Accounts with our Points of concern, material points to discuss with client , basis of our estimations if made. We will also forward you our full working file through the VPN network./ server to server link.
Upon receipt of your comments we will
make the final adjustments & re-send the Amended Accounts & working file.
CT computations will also be forwarded , if applicable.
Accounts are prepared to a standard whereby the Manager/Partner Review should not take more than 4 working hours. Most files will require under 3 hours review time.
You will have a dedicated Chartered Accountant appointed as your Account Manager who will be in contact with you weekly & as required. He will phone & email you , to ensure there is good communication & understanding between yourselves.
Ideally we require last year Accounts working file & software & any special instructions / notes from your side.
